Creativity & Education

Abstract
This article expresses the need for university education students to develop habits, soft skills and emotional competencies aimed at building a personal vision and a mission or plan that prepares them to access in optimal conditions the work environment to which they are going to attend. It proposes that it is the task of educational institutions to incorporate this training into the academic curriculum and the task of teachers to develop it in the classroom. He argues that until now CREATIVITY has been used, in education, to develop novel objects, alternative projects and methodologies that favor the search and organization of ideas. And he predicts that in the near future CREATIVITY, that ability to decompose stories and reorganize them in an innovative way, will be the engine of change, which will allow the student to develop that Vision and Mission to plan their path of professional growth.
